by default E makes you lean right, alt E makes you smooth lean right. If you smooth lean into any AI until you can only see their head and shoot it, they wont attack you and you can kill them safely

You can only hold your breathe for a finite amount of time before your PMC loses breathe and scope starts shaking

It's independent from arm stamina

So if you're sniping and holding your sight up for an extended amount of time, you may run into a scenario where your aim is unsteadied from your breathe being held too long

But, it's a generous amount of time

So, for most, binding breathe to right click should work
