depends if you use weapons that use those suppressors, depends on value, depends if your current trader level sells those and if you've got the storage space you have allows for hoarding a couple of items

in my personal case, suppressors have a certain value, so I sell most/all except the ones I use actively

later when you have flea, follow the general logic I described and sell on flea instead of traders

before flea you'll have to sell a lot of stuff under their value, because you'll simply run out of storage space for them

Also this is pretty dumb question, but what should I exactly be doing. When I scav I just get whatever I can on the way to an extract and then sell it when I get back. When I PMC I just die right off the bat. Should I be going on loot routes and selling what I get? Should I be focusing on tasks and leveling up traders? Or when I PMC should I PvP when I get the chance?

Focusing on tasks on your PMC is definitely priority if you want to progress the fastest
