The armor system in Tarkov is somewhat realistic. Armor will either reliably stop rounds 95% of the time, or it fails 95% of the time with very little in between

The tens digit of your ammo penetration tells you which classes of armor it will defeat 95% of the time. Any higher is the opposite except for the class one level above. For the class one level above, the ones digit of your penetration tells you how quickly you destroy it

that's the basic explanation for the system

this late in the wipe, if your cartridge has less than 40 penetration you should be aiming at the face or legs against PMCs

your starting 5.45 and 5.56 options at level 1 are not useful any longer. I would stick to submachine guns (That's what I did, I joined this wipe late) or use 7.62x39 PS (30 pen)

The issue with 5.45 is that it is fired out of a 650 RPM weapon and the cartridges are nerf bullets. But it has cheap 60s. Since the platform is kinda shit, I would just run BP or BT and click heads.

It won't be very good, and you probably have better options. But if you insist on 5.45 that's what you do

Smart, i would recommend you watching pestily map guide (if you haven't already).

Your first objective should be to complete a task, and then just complete all tasks you have.

At lvl 15 you unlock the flea market, which is a player driven market where you can buy mostly everything.
You get XP by completing tasks and farming raiders/rogues.

They do and the approximate height of a player in tarkov is 66inches tall i think.

It's just most player will be in and out of there before you can figure it out, and by then you have to redo the whole process.
