How do you spawn more raiders? I've seen raids with 6+ raiders in em bunkers but i never got to do it on my own

they spawn in sets of 2-5 (or 3-5, not 100% sure)
assuming you're referring to reserve bunker, one set spawn at the start in the command bunker or the tunnels around (uncommonly, they may not spawn at all)
another set can spawn as soon as you flick the power switch in the bunker
and another set can spawn when you hit the power for the hermetic door

if you wanted to force their spawn, you could technically just go to the hermetic door switch, flick it and move to the trainstation to kill them, wait for alarm to stop and repeat, although their numbers would be limited, not endlessly farmable

if you really want to focus just on them, i'd go bunker first, battle raiders and players, hit the hermetic switch and go there, wait for train and kill there and assuming I somehow survived all of that, extract and repeat

Bunker is too high a risk, i always left it for the end so far. + nothing guarantees i can pick off any raiders in there since other players can interfere
