The end game is PVP, so you don’t need to rush basically

and really most guns are either 1) small enough to be taken whole in a bag or 2) cheap enough that stripping the parts is more than enough value extracted

have a storage handguard in ass you can have lots of gunmods just safely stored

assuming no flea market (sub 15), for now... get rid of relays, t-plug, lamps, screws, matches, caps

if in doubt, google tarkov market and sell anything sub X value, and set a value

since you don't have much storage and the smallest stash, you have to rather brutal with the selection process and absolutely rush the scav box

hdd, ram and wd-40 can be sold as well

aim for at least 4 empty rows at the top, which will be rather hard, but will allow you to dump stuff found in raid easily and then sort it through

simple stuff like stacking backpacks and using certain rigs and backpacks for a couple extra slots is also worth looking into

Tbh the rule of thumb I used when I started was I sold everything that was immediately used for a level 1 hideout upgrade or a gear barter I could do. Unless it’s something that’s stupid rare and goes for a lot on flea sell it. You can get a scav box by like level 7 with some good luck.
