Mine happened weeks ago when I was still level nothing and using busted guns. The MP-155 shotgun is what did to me. I emptied the chamber and when it went to pump a round it Hands Busy'd and all I could do was move, run, etc

Which reallt sucked cause my stomach was black and I couldn't eat. I somehow made it out of the raid alive, which is why I'm confident the bug is associated with the weapon and removing it fixes it. @dawn geyser
