The only strat I've found to kill them is to get close to the tanks and have them push you while you hold angles
You can also get into the little sewer causeway in the middle and get them to push you there

I would recommend buying standard edition for $40 or whatever and play for a while, maybe a whole wipe cycle, before deciding whether you want to upgrade

Scav karma will help you increase your rep. You can get scav karma in various different methods. Extracting at one of the car extracts or extracting with a friendly scav (or if your playing a scav with a friendly PMC) at one of the scav extracts where it requires both. The other way is while playing scavs to take out the PMCs. Another method is to kill the unfriendly player scavs

it does cost roubles but car extracts are also the fastest way to increase rep....Only problem with car extracts. once you extract at one you get deminished returns on that particular map. I believe its .25 rep that can be farmed on 1 map and then you have to wait till it resets
