To be more specific, I'm introducing a friend to tarkov. We are both low level but I have four wipes behind me. The hardest thing we are working out on is "the guy by the white building" or "he is on the left". You need to be very clear which angle you're camping and use one word call outs

Reserve is a good map to practice on because the buildings are labeled

it also helps greatly if you both wear the same headset (or the same family of headset) so that the sounds are very similar
