Low durability affects the MOA (accuracy) of guns too. This is especially noticeable the further you shoot or if guns already have low accuracy, like shotguns.

Nice! Then I'd say start a cycle of scavving and offline-ing into a single map (this prevents you from actually losing anything, guarentees you're only able to profit, but you can still learn), customs is always a good one. Use https://mapgenie.io/tarkov/maps/customs and mess with the icons on the left - fiddle with icons on the toolbar so you only see what you want to look for

Good good! When I was learning I used the filters on map genie to hide everything except scav spawns, extracts, & location names. Helped me get my bearings in a map quickly

Comes with time - mostly listen for russian voice lines as they very frequently indicate scavs - if you play lots of offline raids you'll pick up on what scavs look and sound like

There's also a bug ATM where if you shoot anything as a scav (even a pmc) all the AI scavs will turn on you, so playing scav as a pacifist rn while you learn is really a good idea

Welcome, first thing you should do is accept your quests from Prapor and Therapist have a read of them and then watch an overall beginners guide video and a video on how to do your starting quests. You should go into every trader and try to examine every item you can. Start using the map genie website and learn your extraction points to safely get out of the raid. If you find you're dying a lot that's okay, many new players have a survival rate of like under 10%. First map I suggest you learn is Customs, this has most of your starting quests and many loot points.

Take note of the location of the loot, try to find a scav with a bigger bag like a day pack or smth or kill one if you have to (worth it) and try to get out with all of it. If you're really down bad on money I would just take the armor rep kit and leave
