Does anyone have advice on where to PMC hunt on shoreline? I'm trying to do the Punisher questline, and I can never seem to find PMCs before they find me. They only place I know where to go is the Resort itself, but everyone seems to be inside and camping by the time I reach it. That, or I don't hear a single shot all raid.

I would suggest you go into your raids without your scabbard slot, and whenever you kill a scav, put the knife in your slot ; 7 Grey handles trade for a UMP, 8 brown handles trade for a MP5
