It comes down more to personal preference and style than anything. I tend to preaim when I want to peek a specific angle, and hipfire with a laser when I'm advancing without much knowledge of the whereabouts of the enemy or their possible angles.

Others will hipfire constantly under a certain range though, and recommend aiming past 15m or so. I come from many other simulation games so aiming down sights is my go-to most of the time.

It is a large amount of food, I bring loads early on just to power-level the health and metabolism skill. Probably don't need that much though -- meds also maybe overboard, but not too crazy. If anything run the raid, and you'll see for yourself what things you don't use

Don't worry too much about having the perfect kit, gear up and run it and see how it goes. You've got all the necessary items, maybe too many of some but the best way to find out is running it. You'll learn regardless, and faster if you spend more time in-raid than worrying about assembling the ideal loadout
