Not the greatest idea, guns are cheap. That m4 is 50k which makes it 5k/slot. Everything below 10k/slot is considered terrible loot. That's why people are stripping attachments and leaving guns behind.

for example this found in raid is worth taking:
you can sell the barrel for a lot, the silencer, butt,
if you have a spare weapon slot then take it all
but if youre full and you cant drop any of your guns then stripping the silencer would be enough
there are some exceptions, like mdr which costs almost 200k and is not available for most players
or rssas which is a quest item
etc
you can also use a gun as an attachment storage

I don't have "a route". In fact I'm a huge opponent to the concept of having a specific "routes" for loot runs, because it tends to push people into following a certain path no matter what but every raid is different and you have to constantly adjust to the cues you're getting.
What I recommend is to understand what are to "points of interest" on the map, and adjust your actual route based on your spawn, extraction points, possible PMC extracts and sounds of fights on the map.
