Suppressor frequently drops expensive ammo and usually at least one decent suppressor and sight. Sawmill has Shturman which is 2nd easiest scav boss in my opinion, there are also wooden cabins that drop decent shit from time to time. Then you head to FOB, you can find some technical shit, expensive meds and loads of sugars and other semi expensive food. Most enemies you encounter are rats, easy to fight against and only really kill you if they get lucky shot on you
