Now that's the really good question. In general, things do not sell under trader price. So it sells for 47k to Therapist, so it's always atleast worth 47k roubles on the flea. Selling it at at or under 47k would be even stupid, because you have to pay a fleamarket fee too (for this key, 10k w/out rep, skill and intel)

There's like 140 (?) keys so the chances of finding a specific key in a jacket is ~ 0.7%. I'm assuming there is some form or rarity factor to keys (cause I find dorms key wayyy more often > rb-st or marked) so it might be much lower for specific keys and much higher for specific keys.
