EU has a lot more Sherpa's, their tickets are much faster, but NA is fairly sparse. Things take time

@pure talon Yea if you have any suggestions as to how things could improve feel free to chime in. Fundamental issue is there's significantly more people needing help than people able to provide. I don't see a workaround, and frankly the fact that we can respond to the vast majority in less than a week is pretty damn impressive.
You don't want people becoming Sherpa's just to tick off the boxes they need to get their reward, that leads to pretty crappy help.
