Im not sure what to make of this but Im of the assumption the d2 raider spawns bug out and sometimes---rarely, end up clipping under the heli

I can only speak from experience and couple thousand reserve raids, never seen that happen myself or seen evidence of it. It's much more likely guards from gluhar since they roam around all the buildings and the helikopter. But it's Tarkov, I wouldn't be suprised if there is or was some unintended glitch.

Not sure what you mean exactly with wobbly, but your aim is a bit unstable when you are not standing on flat surface and when your stamina bar is low / empty. So higher endurance = more stamina = longer aiming down sight without your arms getting tired and getting that sway.
