This mainly comes down to getting comfortable fighting in dorms. Getting there first to be in a defensive position might help. Also, the courtyard between the 2 buildings count as well.
Also, right-hand peeks whenever you can. You expose a lot less of yourself compared to left-hand peeks.
Marked room in 3 story is the hottest part, so maybe trying to catch people going there will work, do remember though that a lot of people are on high alert if they're rushing to marked room.

At the start of your raid, use all your stamina to maximize the xp gain to endurance or strength (xp for those 2 skills are given at the end of a sprint). Using stims that increase stamina (or endurance level) helps a little bit.
Otherwise its really just playing many short raids to reset the xp boost at the beginning. Personally I dont worry to much about farming it, as it just levels over time.
Oh, having the air filter running is a must if you plan on farming those skills, shortens the grind a lot.
