I agree that advising someone new(ish) to Lighthouse and Rogues to farm the heli rogues isn't best advise. Better stay far away from those if you wanna loot and/or quest. Same goes for advising someone he can take out rogues with ironsights

what helped me get my fighting confidence up is drilling factory with high scav spawn offline. Take your favorite gun and work it until you can get 30 pointfire kills consistently
