in this game you are in control of everything so mostly every result you get besides desync or hackers are a result of your actions

Hipfire is really good in this game in general and with how high visual recoil (not the actual climb of your gun but the bounce of your sights) can be on some guns with this patch, hipfire can honestly be more accurate than aiming at close range.

Also using a laser/flashlight/tactical of any kind tightens your spread as well as providing a laser/light.
