You need a lot of playing around with the modding system

Car/Paid exfiltrations are really good for those, Woods/Interchange/Customs/Lighthouse has one each, will give you +0.25 with diminishing returns (+0.25,+0.12,+0.06, etc)

Also really hard to do is the co-op exfils (PMC+Scav)
But those also give you the initial +0.25 then diminishing returns like the Paid exfils
