If you USEC, you have a little advantage comparing to BEAR
You can get closer if none has aggro'd them yet
But they will kick you out and if you don't move out fast, they'll shoot at you

If you, as USEC, shoot at them, they'll remember you for a few raids
so you won't be able to get as closer as usecs can, otherwise they'll shoot at you on sight

The only map where a docs case is better than a sicc, is customs. Where there are very few keys u actually need, and where intel actually spawns reliably.

Any other map a sicc case is basically the go to

Shotgun is your best bet for being stuck with scav vest since you can so easily fit shotgun shells in the limited slots.
