It's actually pretty low-reward to camp exfils, beyond the fact that it's kinda a scumbag move. You get waaaaaaaaay more cash by doing scav runs consistently and just recycling the loadouts into low-kit stash runs or loot runs.

If you’re curious of the value of something, go to Therapist/Mechanic to see vendor values. The only flea items I see that are FIR are the DVL and Grizzly first aid. Stuff like condensed milk and Dr Lupo’s Beans sell well to therapist

The mall itself can be kind of confusing to learn and can be pretty harsh. The outskirts of the map are almost always chill and are great to run around farming stashes or scav kills for quests. Most of the time if you run into PMCs on the outskirts it will be other "low grade" PMCs like you and they'll usually be solo. Almost no chance of running into chads or groups.
