There are two, ZB-14 and ZB-16. ZB-16 as you long as there is a green flare outside of the bunker you can extract there. ZB-14 though you need the green flare and the key to get inside. You will always have one of them as an extract though.

in the mean-time you can also do offline raids where you dont lose anything if you die (but you also dont get to take anything out) so you can learn the maps and fight scavs

there's a good bit, but scavs don't shoot at you but I highly recommend having a map open on another monitor or pritning one out because there are some tricky mine fields

You can stop the bleeding while it's blacked. So it doesn't do that. BUT I've also had bug before where it would not let me stop the bleeding from a blacked out wound. So, that might of been the case for you.
