yes some of them you can sell to therapist, but you should check tarkov market to get an idea of the price
it's not 100% accurate, but it'll tell you roughly whether you should keep it or sell to therapist
and some of the keys dont show accurate prices like Merin, House key, marked key and some of thelab keycards because they're not sold for money. They show up as 20k or something, but they're very rare/expensive.

why do people pick armors that only cover the thorax?
prob the best example of why stomach is generally bad is if you're in a faceoff and someone hits your stomach 2 times with let's say m995. You then are in cover and able to heal up. With thorax+stomach protection you'll have a completely worn out armor and not able to take a good fight, while with thorax only you're completely fresh at worst you have to CMS your stomach, but that is no big deal.
