That's a pretty standard loadout, do remember that the most valuable things should take priority in your secure container.
For instance if you bring spare ammo, then that is most likely more valuable than a bandage

Yeah I prefer to (depending a bit on the gun of course) bring 1-2 less mags and instead bring extra ammo to load into my mags, as it saves space and levels my mag drills (which I care about for some reason).
On the other hand bringing the extra mags is good for staying ready to fight in the longer engagements

Pain just blurs your vision. A fractured/blacked leg makes you unable to run unless you use some form of painkiller - but you will take damage when you sprint.
