and buy it from "flea"

traders restocks are off by 60-20s from the real restock

AP 20 will go thru a good majority of player armor, espescially in 2 hits, its a really good SLUG and shoots a big further --but its expensive and hasted for scav headshots, and Slug can do that, or even buckshot if you aim above there head.
