And even if he does have it, lumber mills the hotzone so it might be hard to get out safely since there's a bunch of angles people can hang out at and look down into lumber mill. Best plan is probably to kill a few pmcs in the area so you can have some possibility of cutting down on the interlopers and then proceed to try and fight shturman and the boiz

If you're familiar with the main areas people like to sit and snipe and you clear them, do the fight, and then clear all those areas again that'd probably be ideal

I like woods for scavving. Customs can force you into some awkward positions but if shit goes down in woods you can just dip through some trees to elsewhere. But I know a lot of the stashes on woods so that's mainly where the cash comes from for me unless I get a lucky unlooted lumber mill. Also, sometimes pmcs push past med camp and ignore it completely to rush lumber mill. Lot of good loot in med camp, even if its been looted there's some spots people dont always check.

the northeastern village by vehicle extract is banger for hardware items. Bolts and whatnot

Lot of pmcs camp the rocks between there and the slightly south village by northern un roadblock though so just gotta be careful about exposing yourself to that hill

Go into hideout, go into first person by pressing "enter", then tab to open inventory. Put the scav boxes you want to save in your sorting table, press tab, then walk over to scav case and manually build it. If that doesn't work please empty each one, one by one, as it's trying to take one with items in it. It should be trying to pick the first one you bought/crafted.
