Might not be the best guide but it worked for me, apart from that keep scavving on customs, use a website like mapgenie to learn where to go and locate yourself and remember not to shoot other scavs as a scav

oh and remember when you learn a map you'll generally die quite a bit but as you get more confident and know where to go you'll start surviving more, have fun!

Generally both. If your IRL headset is bass heavy you need to find an ingame headset that focusses more on the high frequencies, otherwise low sounds will blow your ears out while high sounds are not noticable. And vice versa.
