I get that, this is why you need to mess about a little with the settings, maybe things are a bit to dark, maybe the clarity/sharpness setting will help. It also depends on how your monitor is set up, which makes it hard to just tell you some settings. Youtube is your friend.
In terms of people blending in, no amount of settings will "solve" that, post fx might help a little, but it comes down to checking your corners and trying to make sure its clear. Being sneaky, blending in and using dark areas are a part of the stealth of the game
