1. Start with just pistols and try to get scavs at first
2. accept death
3. Play customs, when you die, do scav runs on customs learn it
4. Forget everything you know about other games
5. BE VERY careful running, its very noisy, its 4x the surface you are running on, so running on cement and metal is like saying 'shoot a guy over here'
6. after you shoot and kill scavs move - you and the scav made noise with your gun
7. learn PMC spawns and avoid them at first
   8 .did I mention accept death

youll get used to spawns and landmarks that you can identify your position, just gotta play more. it gets better, there is a big learning curve to this game than any ive played before, honestly your first like 100 hours is dying and learning. and alot of dying.
