at max dura all armors of the same class stop the same but once dura drops so after tanking a shot each armor gets decreased protection, for example a 50/50 6b5-15 scav armor has a 82% chance to stop a 7,62x39 ps round but at 30/50 it only has a 55% chance to stop that same round, at about 15/50 its 95% and so on, after you repair an armor it still count towards max dura, so a repaired 30/30 armor will still only have a 55% chance to stop the ps bullet

UMP is quite cheap unsuppressed, and it's a gun I'm still using frequently with max traders. Very affordable, excellent ammo that is also quite cheap and available, great all around

Go into your tasks page and see if you have the golden zibbo in your quest items page

that might be a hit or miss thing. i know it works like that sometimes but for some reason not on all quests

you just need to grab the lighter and plant it

Its certain locations, but each location has a different %change of spawning, with a varied amount
