Its individual, but once your dailies run out of time, the next set doesnt activate until you log in again (starts instantly if you're already logged in), so you dont have to worry about timing them

Yes, once the next "set" is possible to accept, you can wait until the next day to activate them at a more appropriate time - but I wouldnt worry that much about it tbh, they're nice to have and do, but I wouldnt schedule my playtime around them completely, at least not at a low level
