Shoreline stash runs are pretty good actually, but you have to learn all the stashes. It's more stashes than interchange, but I wouldn't scav interchange to do a stash run. As for how it stacks up to reserve, Idk. Stashes occasionally have good stuff, but I would probably still run reserve anyway.

Paca is really weak and it’s only okay against scavs. I would recommend using ceramic T4 from scavs or flea market if you must. If you have a good survival rate I would recommend USEC trooper but it’s quite pricey for a T4. When you get to ragman T3 you can barter for a bunch of nice T4 Rigs

Stamina loss from taking shots is not something I know of. If its in the game it is minimal at worst

I try to reserve stamina, only sprint in open areas, go from cover to cover.
