Other than that i run selewa, hemostat, alu splint and ifak or afak in secure container.
For painkillers i use ibuprofen? (15use) and cms for healing black out limbs and stomach.

Also if you have teamates grizzly is very useful because sometines my teamates dont bring enough meds

well again, scav run exp doesnt count towards your real level, so doing a lot of those instead of pmc is holding you back, if you're really low on money you can do just one scav run, then put that gear on your pmc and try a run like that, also as pmc try to play slow, when i first started i would sprint all over the map and it would get me killed instantly, try to just walk unless youre getting fired at and need to get to cover fast.

you can go in "offline mode" and dont turn on the PvE and youll have a full timed raid with no enemies so you can explore the map and see where the extracts are

yeah, if you shoot a scav whilst playing as a scav your "scav karma" goes down, and other friendly scavs will shoot you

so when you play as a scav, you have to target selct, unless you dont care about karma, then go ham....but in general, your loot on your scav gets worse and worse

and your extracts go down, and your timer on your scav goes up hard

and you also start getting every other scav on the raid hating you and killing you, so you become an incredibly undergeared PMC
