just so everyone knows, trading in itself in tarkov is allowed, RMT (real market trade, for example buying roubles online and someone then going into a raid with you and dropping them or however they choose to trade them to you) however is not. tarkov has a system that shows/records which player gives how many items to what player and the total value of the interaction, so this (official) discord server does not allow trading since it may get you banned due to that system. nonetheless there are discord servers that allow trading offers (UEFT for example) so if you wish to trade items head there.

If you're scared just queue interchange and run to the "Emercom" extract. If you have that extract camp over the crest of the hill and go prone watching blue wall & listening for people walking up to you (they can't see you until too late). If you don't have the extract go prone in the truck bed and stand up and blast people whenever they walk up to extract

This really depends on your playstyle. Generally anyone you're walking up to will hear you whether you sprint or walk, but sprinting does carry way further. There isn't really "sneaking" in this game unless you're legit just sitting in a bush or around a corner. The benefit of stomping around if you're decent is that you have peaker's advantage because of the way servers and ping work

Become rat. Wait, stop moving anywhere early on. If you can hold up somewhere for the first 10 minutes of a raid, the remainder will have far less angry PMC contacts. Use VOIP, people in my experience generally like to work with friendly beginners. Play offline, this will get you proficient with map knowledge and scav/scav boss killing.

I ran an SKS from prapor with PS rounds as my go to until level 15, that and a bank robber rig, and the cheapest headphones you can get from ragman.

Either an sks or a scav gun until level 15 is my recommendation
