Sell condensed milk, keep oath flakes, sell croutons and emelya, tarcola aswell, herring and saury can also be sold. Except herring is like 20k on flea so sell it on there, same with tarcola. Sugar is used to craft so keep em, same with milk. Pineapple juice is good for drinking after raids if you're low so you can keep that aswell
