In raid I'd say not much difference, aside from a few more options you have with a gamma vs the epsilon. Out of raid it speeds up the grind and reduces the inventory puzzle minigame.

Scav before flea anyways, a factory run takes a couple of minutes (inc. load in) and will help you buy gear or scav junkboxes

If you're low level I suggest doing "scav runs" but with your PMC...so bring in a gun or something and just go around looting caches and stay out of people's way. But playing your scav stops your from leveling your character's skills as well as levels

yeah, a good way to do that is to extract fast on your scav and then just put all his gear on your PMC and run that way
