Shoreline is safe, you just have chokepoints mid map. You either gotta cross sniper scavs or player heavy areas. Woods is the full chill experience in my opinion. Interchange is nice too, but you will end up fighting if there's one other stash runner probably

For me personally, I watched a new player YouTube guide, looked up a map of Customs, did a couple practice offline raids just so I’d know how to reach the extracts, then started running live raids. Probably the most useful thing you can do for a new player is inform them on how they can teach themselves the game (which can come across as “just google lol” if not said properly).
