You have gear fear. The best players in the game just play. The more you worry about your gear the less new gear you get essentially. And the less you will improve pvp wise.

every time you die do a scav raid. Go back in with that scavs gear and try to chad out
Literally a free gearset so no reason to worry

Rinse and repeat until you stop that baby gear fear shit

Go into an offline raid and learn extracts, if that's what you mean.

find a map to really start learning, get your scav in it and explore, learn extracts/caches / common routes people take. You'll start to understand the flow of each map
