Just want to share this as I work on the list and it just got brought up. Some tips I learned this week to reduce teamkilling (I was suffering a LOT of tk deaths, costing me nearly all of my gear. #1 and #2 are not mine):

1. Know the callouts, preferably use the same language for callouts since many are not fully standardized officially.
2. Really, really memorize what each other is wearing at the start of the match. Hat, gun, armbands.
3. Do not play with jumpy players who have no situational awareness. Some players are mentally wired to shoot first and identify later.
4. And a pro-tip that no one will actually do: stick close together, like very close, if moving toward any PvP or hotspots. Tell the loot goblins to have discipline for 2 minutes. (*yes this can get you team wiped in some maps, but if you are taking a lot of friendly fire, this is better until everyone learns each other's systems/voices/habits/loadouts.
5. Do not say "me" or "I'm" but use 3rd person like "Jello is pushing, follow on my 6."
