It doesnt really matter which ones you do. They get hard, thats the point of the game. If you want kappa, you have to do them all. If tyou dont want kappa, you can only do the ones you want. It really doesnt matter.

you spawn in with worse gear, and less chance of spawning with good items... if you get too low the AI scavs will start automatically try and kill you... you also need to wait longer for the cool down every time you try to do a scav run

you kill bad player scavs who killed other scavs, or kill pmc's.... you could also use the car etract at customs, woods or interchange. they will decrease scav rep after you have used them a couple of times so it's not worth to spam the car extracts... (they also cost money)
