Honestly most scopes are fine to use, a lot of it comes down to personal preference. I would avoid the pk-06 personally though. I really like the deltapoint sight from Peacekeeper 1 (triangle sight), but I suggest just trying a bunch and see what you like, or see a comparison on youtube!

It just means that the people who spawned on the other side of the map can use it, and informs you that people might be inclined to walk into that area to extract, so that you can better judge where you might want to go.
Scavs cannot use that specific extract (though they have one outside the gas station), and there are no visual indication of scav extracts (unless they share one with pmcs, which can happen sometimes). Scavs typically have their own special extracts.

Really just depends on your system. I run a gtx 1080 and 6700k and 40-60 fps depending on the map and location on low settings. So if you have something similar to me, then there is likely little you can do, just make sure nothing else is using your resources while playing, and push the quality as low as you can (and find the settings that barely affect fps that you can bump up for better quality)

With that system on pretty much any map you should be getting a solid 60. I assume you're not playing in 4k or anything, and that you're not thermal throttling. Also check if your system is being fully utilized in Task manager (or w/e program you prefer)

yea there is also a bug where your arm shows to be blacked out but wont actually be blacked
