A destroyed leg will make you move very slowly, unless you are on pain meds. By the sounds of it you pre med and do entire raids on pain meds removing that mechanic entirely. So for you no, no real difference.

if you get shot in a black limb the damage is also multiplied and then divided througout your remaining limbs

it can be quite devastating with your stomach receiving the most damage increase when blacked

blacked out arms take longer to ads and will hold ads less, blacked out legs do damage when sprinting and you move slower, blacked stomach increases food and water drain pretty bad
