I can follow a map and walk to locations with scavs marked, but I'm not sure if they respawn or if they stop/start spawning at a certain time.

Well I guess thats fair but I usually run with 1-2 people that arnt nearly as aggressive as me so I’m usually fighting full teams myself before my guys back me up I usually get a few of down though but I die in the process
