The limited number of AP rounds and high pen round avaible is BSG trying to push the idea of mixed mags into people's head imo.

Once plate hit boxes are in , I think HP ammo will become more common , and tarkov will start to feel """ immersive""" again instead of he who has the best gear wins over all.

The secure container isn't to just allow little hatchet timmy to grab 2 graphics cards die and make 1.8 million. It is useful to keep your keys and meds in there so that you don't have to worry about bringing your marked keys and dying with them

There is no set way to use them but it is not for keeping things found in raid after death
