a few things that made me feel like you were about to get instantly headshot was when you peaked and shot when they walked in then he got to cover and just shot away from the peak slightly too far to teh right where he could have peaked instead once he got to cover I would have just backed up and sat at an angle (which might not be the best decision but idk) and the nade you should have waited a bit before throwing it where you had a lot less time peaking
