Ahh, I personally wouldn't recommend factory to a new player
but if you want to run it you can find maps online that show the extract points
Factory is a rough map because it forces you into a lot of close quarters fights, and as a new player you will be heavily outgeared in factory

its a fairly small map with a lot of variety of terrain and fairly predictable sightlines

best off in my opinion not hiding from anything, always going to have a nosey as you'll eventually learn where scavs spawn and be able to predict it, you'll never get better with engagements if you hide away from them all š

Practice in offline is the only advice I can give you
The map itself isn't to complex except for the underground
Also prepare to be clapped by cheaters sometimes

There are definately a few areas id reccomend avoiding- fortress and dorms are imo worth avoiding outside a group as theres heavy pvp- go under bridge instead of over too as some people like testing their sniping skills
thats pretty basic stuff but I also find that avoiding big red and the directors office is a good idea- PMCs love it so unless youve planned it and have the key stay away

Multiple reasons probably. Vets coming back and just getting geared up off a few kills, buddies dropping gear for their friend, and you get all the meds you'd need with your initial starter gear.
I recently came back (sub 30 games played) and im already up to 5 killa armors, 4 hexes, and 2 slicks with a small armory of meta guns.
