if you use vc, you can communicate your positions, if you're playing lone scav and encounter player scavs, generally steer from the fuckers, they shouldn't shoot you but they're murderous

Lucky scav case is worth it out the getco from therapist. Try to get laboratory level 2 for mag case where u can store ammo too.
I don’t think dog tag case by therapist is too good off the bat.
You are likely to find a wallet and key set which allow you to store key, keycards and money. I’d keep them in your pouch.
Other than that, level 15 makes life easier so try to level there
Flea market you can buy the thermite and eagle GP to buy ammo case from mechanic
