Removing magazines and suppressors frees up a few extra slots. Before flea I would only keep a couple guns on hand but dismantle them so they wouldn’t take more than 3-4 slots. I used tactical rigs to store extra things like attachments, meds, ammo, etc

A couple things to try. The USEC camp does have good loot, so it may be contested. If you dont spawn close, try to wait out the time before going.

Take 3001 roubles with you. If you spawn east side, you can hit usec camp and ambush site, then hook around to suburbs for car extract. Id you spawn west, you can double back or just go to outskirts to leave.

A night raid may be good. Bring a flashlight attachment and only use it to get your bearings. If you go at night, avoid sunken village as it could have cultists.

I like USEC camp, scav tower, sunken village, suburb to car extract as a loot route. Tends to be low PMC as its far from mill with a good loot diversity. Plus, if youre patient, it has a good number of scavs for quests. Easy way to level your sniper skill is sit above sunken village or suburb and take shots.
