I don't know where you are but the three major milestones in Tarkov are:
- unlocking flea (for obvious reasons)
- upgrading hideout (for passive income)
- unlocking traders (so you can buy everything for a fraction)
as a realistic sim Tarkov makes perfect job at simulating environment in which rich get richer, since not only you will have a steady stream of cash coming in every day but you'll be able to buy everything almost for free compared to flea market prices.

tl'dr if you push for level 2 and 25 GPUs it will break even in 12 weeks, so if you're expecting wipe in Decemeber then it might be already too late, but even level 1 with a few non-fir cards will grant you free fuel and some passive income

like about half the lobby spawns on one side, the other half on the other side, but the spawns on each side dont have any rules themselves i think
